Wedding Cake Setups Bob or Joan Fleckenstein are available for walk-in consultations: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Noon - 4:30pm Saturday Noon-3pm Ray & Ross are available for consultations by appointment Tuesday-Friday 8am-11am Sorry, Saturday mornings we are busy working on Saturday Wedding cakes. Sundays are by appointment 8am-11am. When figuring servings, top tier is not counted. It is saved for 1st Anniversary.
