Peanut and Tree Nut Allergies
Fleckenstein's Bakery uses peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, and other nut products on a daily basis.
We do our best to avoid cross contamination of nut products win non-nut products.
With that said, we do have to use the same disclaimer as every other company that uses nuts:
- products could possibly contain trace amounts of peanut or nut products
If you have a severe allergic reaction to peanut or nut products, please let us know so that we can further try
the possibility of airborne cross contamination by not using nuts at the same time as making your products.
We now make some products with gluten free ingredients. As we are a bakery, most of our products do
contain gluten. These are manufactured in the same facility, so we do take every care to prevent cross-
contamination. For 99.9% of the gluten-free community, this is plenty in order for you to enjoy our
gluten-free products. However, for severe gluten allergies, we do not recommend consuming any of
our products, including our gluten-free products as airborne cross-contamination is possible.

Many products are made with soy, but we will happily find you products to enjoy if you have an
allergy to soy. As with other allergens, we do our best to limit cross contamination between products
that contain soy and those that do not. If you have a severe allergy, though, it is not recommended to
consume any of our products. For those with less severe allergies, soy-free items will be fine to consume.
For your convenience, we have provided a list of our soy-free products:
Dairy is a common ingredient in many bakery products, but we are happy to accommodate those who
are allergic to dairy products. We do our best to keep those dairy-free products separate from those that
contain dairy so that every person can enjoy our sweets. However, for severe allergies to dairy, it is not
recommended to enjoy any of our products as there is always for the possibility of airborne cross-
contamination. Those with less severe allergies will be unaffected by any trace amounts found in our products.
For your convenience, we have provided a list of our dairy-free products:
Most of our products contain eggs, but if you have an allergy to eggs, we would be happy to accommodate
to your specific needs. We make plenty of our products without eggs, so those would be safe for someone with
an egg allergy to eat. However, there is the possibility of airborne cross-contamination, so those with very
severe eggs allergies are recommended to not consume any of our products for their own safety.
